How to Rent
1. Pick the dress you want to wear
2. Ensure sizing is appropriate and correct for you
3. Book your duration
4. Enter your event date
5. Proceed to checkout and enter your details as required
6. Choose pickup (Location RIPLEY 4306) or Express Shipping Australia wide which is $24.99 which includes a return satchel
7. If pickup is chosen you will be sent a link to book a pickup.
8. If shipping was chosen then your dress will be shipped directly to your door.
9. You receive your dress.
10. Once booking has ended as allocated on order. Your hire MUST be lodged at an Australia Post Outlet by 5PM.

We provide a cleaning service that is included in the price of the dress.
We use a range of methods including dry-cleaning and handwashing depending on the type of garment.
When returning your garment, please don't clean yourself, pop back in the bag dirty!

POSTAL TRY ONS TERMS OF SERVICE
Postal TRY ONS are $30 + postage and we will block out the dates for your event. Once you have confirmed that you would like to go ahead with the rental, payment must be made within 24 hours otherwise we cant guarantee dates will be available. The $30 try on fee will be deducted from your rental if chosen to do so. The $30 will not be refunded if you decide not to go through with the rental.
Duration of try on is 24 hrs from receiving your parcel. Your parcel will be tracked in our system and we will be notified when you receive and when you lodge you hire at the post office upon return.
Hire MUST be lodged within 24HRS of receiving booking at an Australia Post Outlet and not the Street Post Boxes. Fees will apply if not lodged within the 24 hour time frame.
Garment must be returned in an unworn state. Clients that have caused damages or soiled garments returned to us using the try on service will be charged a $25 cleaning fee or full RRP price if unrepairable.
